None of them feel right.
So you close the laptop
and wear something you already own.
This is not a discovery problem.
It is a decision problem.
Catalogs help people find.
But finding more options often creates more hesitation. Search solves discovery. It does not solve doubt.
Size charts explain measurements.
They rarely create confidence.
Measurement accuracy and purchase certainty are not the same thing. Knowing a garment is 52cm across the chest does not tell you whether to buy it.
Trust arrives too late.
Reviews, returns data, and ratings appear after anxiety has already entered the decision. Reassurance placed after doubt rarely erases it.
Customers don't just want 'more',
they want 'better'."
